Here’s how to get started:
- Call us: Dial (916) 322-2114 ext.117 or ext.119 to kick off the rental process.
- Prefer email? No problem! Reach out to us at [email protected] or [email protected].
- Stop by in person: Visit us at 1522 14th St., Sacramento, CA 95814 (corner of 14th and P St.) Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
What you’ll need to reserve a unit:
- A completed application (you can find it here: Rental Application).
- A $50 application fee.
- Your security deposit.
Once we’ve got your deposit, the unit is yours—it’ll be taken off the market!
A few things to keep in mind:
- Your household’s gross income should be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
- We don’t keep a waiting list, so check our website regularly for new listings.
