Since its inception, CADA has encouraged entrepreneurs to locate their businesses in the Capitol Park Neighborhood. Current businesses range from the 16th Street restaurants and clubs on the east end of the neighborhood to an athletic club, the Capital YMCA, at the neighborhood’s west end.
