Middle Income Housing Program Application

The Capitol Area Development Authority (CADA) invites you to apply for the Middle-Income Housing Program. This program is designed to support a stronger, more inclusive Sacramento by providing housing opportunities for middle-income households earning 80% to 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Through this exciting initiative, we are offering small, secured loans of up to $100,000 per project to help our community partners build, acquire, or preserve housing. To ensure our neighborhoods thrive long-term, selected projects will include a regulatory agreement keeping the homes affordable for a minimum of 15 years, with a community goal of 55 years. We cannot wait to partner with you to make downtown Sacramento an even better place to live!
