CADA’s rental office is open for in-person leasing services. If you are interested in renting a unit currently available on our website, please call (916)322-2114 x117 or x119 to begin the rental process. If email is best, please contact [email protected] or [email protected]. You may also stop by the CADA office at 1522 14th St. (on the corner of 14th and P St.) Sacramento, CA 95814. Reservation requires a completed application (found on our website), payment of $50 per Application Fee, and payment of the Security Deposit. The available unit selected will be taken off the market once a deposit is accepted. The minimum gross household income requirement is 2.5 times the monthly rent.
